The CCC Drive-In was named after the CCC Highway and technically belonged to tiny Jasper Mills, Ohio at its inception in 1948. Henry Davidson and K. R. Roberts of Lynchburg based Associated Theaters chain opened with a 30-year lease. The ozoner was also known as the 3C’s Auto Theatre.
The Chakeres Theaters Inc. circuit took on the theatre changing it to the Chakeres Drive-In Theatre. After it failed to get a lease renewal, it closed September 25, 1977 and was demolished in November of 1977.

This puts it right on the property.
A 1956 aerial shows the drive-in intact, but a 1985 aerial shows it demolished.
Today, only the entrance and exit roads remain along with some of the outline of the drive-in. Also, the base of the marquee is still intact.
