The Wheatley Drive-In was opened on July 5, 1946 with John Wayne in “Tall in the Saddle” & Chester Lauck in “Goin' to Town”. It was operated by H.E. Wheatley. He was still the operator in 1957. It was closed in 1960 and demolished in 1978.

A closer address (at least for Google) is 400 Golf Links Road, Hot Springs, AR.
Today, the property is occupied by Forest Grade Mobile Home Community with no trace of the drive-in remaining.

A 1963 aerial shows the screen still up, but the drive-in appears closed and partially demolished.
The Wheatley was less than a half-mile due east of the Sunset Drive-In.
