Located in the Atrium at the Greenspring Shopping Center on the site of the Greenspring Bowling Alley. The Greenspring Cinemas 3 opened its doors on May 31, 1985 by Durkee Enterprises, and was located in the unincorporated area of Pikeville in Baltimore. Seating was provided for 880 (255, 400 & 225).
Loews took over from Durkee Enterprises in 1988, and followed by Sony Theatres in 1994, and back to Loews in 1996.
The Loews Greenspring 3 closed for the final time on March 4, 1999.

Originally operated by Durkee, and JF Theatres took over the theater on June 30, 1988. This was followed by Loews later that same year.
