This theater appears on the June 1913 Sanborn. It was located in a pre-1884 stone storefront, one of a small block of two-story brick-faced structures. The 1905 map shows a grocery here.

This may have been the original location of the Peoples Theatre, as the 1914-15 AMPD lists both the Peoples Theatre, with no address, and a Uneeda Theatre on 4th Avenue.

No later maps are available online, but this closed many years ago. The building is decently well preserved, aside from an ugly plywood fill in the storefront. It serves as a law office.
