One of the more impressive of the B & B theatres, the Boliver Cinema 4 opened with 4-screens in 1998. Large front with a triangular portico on each end with a wagon wheel design over each. A large square shaped shape to the building in the middle front with the same wagon wheel design. Flat surface signs on the right between the end and middle tower. A Cinema 4 neon sign on the front stretches from the left to center tower.
Interior is similar in style to the other B & B theatre with the box office at the end of the concession stand and boxy auditoriums. The theatre is very clean and nicely decorated. As with all B & B theatres it is well maintained.

Opened with four screens in 1998, the November, 2015 Boxoffice reported that B&B planned a recliner remodel of the house that winter as part of a chain-wide upgrading project.
