La Grande Theatre opened October 10, 1909. Old Sanborn Maps place the location three buildings east of the Ashby Theatre.

Now home of the Epic Church of Hanford, which has the same footprint as the old Sanborn Maps. Furthermore, the alley view reveals more of the changing history of the building.
