Theater

This very basic early theater appears on the 1911 map. The simple one story tin-clad wooden building replaced a smaller print shop on the 1904 map.

This theater appears to have closed by 1914, as Howard does not appear in the 1914-15 AMPD. The 1917 map shows the building in use as a repository (buggy/wagon parking).

The building was demolished many years ago. It was located roughly where the ugly little 1970’s (?) bank is today.
