Located in the Parnell district to the east of central Aucklandat thecorner of Parnell Road and Gibralter Crescent. It was opened by 1950 when it was independently operated by G.F.V. Townshend. By 1960 it was operated by Parnell Theatre Ltd.
The building still stands in 2026 in retail use.
