The Bell Theatre was opened on December 11, 1905. On December 2, 1907 it reopened as the Stockton Theatre. On March 23, 1912 it became the Columbia Theatre. On October 17, 1913 it became the Kirby Theatre. The opening of the Kenyon Theatre was announced in the Lodi News-Sentinel on May 13, 1915, as Stockton’s newest theatre. “The playhouse is devoted exclusively to high class pictures". It was reported that the principal drawing card was Thomas Kenyon, who sings at every performance. It opened on May 9, 1915.

It had closed by 1926.

This opened on December 11th, 1905, as Bell. Reopened as Stockton on December 2nd, 1907, as Columbia on March 23rd, 1912, as Kirby on October 17th, 1913, as Kenyon on May 9th, 1915. Grand opening ads posted.
