This theater appears on the June 1915 Sanborn, operating on the second floor of a large two-story brick building of recent construction (this corner being empty on the December 1909 map).
The ground floor was used as a garage. A stage was provided for live shows.
The Opera house was still open in 1943 (with 400-seats) but had closed by 1950. It’s likely it survives under a truly awful remodel as a church.
