Located on the waterfront in the resort town of Gananoque, the sprawling building appears to be a kind of community center/ movie theater. It was opened on May 28, 1996 with Walter Matthau in “Grumpier Old Men” in Screen 1 & Pierce Brosnan in “Goldeneye” in Screen 2.
It was closed in March 2010 and was demolished by 2015.

This theater closed in March, 2010 after the town cancelled the operator’s lease.
Google Street View of 2015 shows the theatre building as having been demolished.
Opened on May 28, 1996 with “Grumpier Old Men” in Screen 1 and “Goldeneye” in Screen 2. This was the first indoor movie theater to operate in Gananoque since the closure of a short-lived theater at Bell Tower Mall in 1984.
