This theater was built around 1925 by James Hershman. The area was a modest working-class neighborhood well east of downtown.

The theater does not seem to have been a success, and by 1930 it had become a dry cleaner’s.

Based on the rather vague description in the KHRI entry for this building, which unfortunately contains no photos, it is possible that this building now uses a 1005 address, and is used as apartments. It’s more likely that it was at the intersection to the east, and has been demolished.
