Palace Theatre

This theater opened around 1911. It was located in a two story brick commercial building with two sheet metal bays. This was either a replacement or extensive remodeling of an older saloon located here.

The theater closed around 1920, unable to compete with a theater just to the south, and a new theater across the street. The building was demolished by 1973 at the latest, replaced by a dreary credit union.
