Air Dome

This large outdoor theater first appears on the 1912 Sanborn. This location was an empty lot in 1906. The enclosure was an elongated octagon of fencing with a small projection booth facing a large stage.

This theater remained in operation through at least 1917. The 1925 map is not available online, but this was demolished many years ago, and the corner is now occupied by a little drive through bank which may date to the 1960’s.
