This theater first appears on the 1912 Sanborn, in the western half of an old two story brick commercial building which dated to before 1884. The 1906 map shows this space as a bowling alley.
This building was fairly deep, and it would have been a logical space for an early theater. The theater remained in operation at least through 1917, but appears to have closed by 1926. It may have been the Rex Theatre listed in the 1914-15 AMPD. No later maps are available online.
This building was actually located at 101 Market Street, in the oldest part of town built on the diamond laid out by the old fort which gave the town its name. Unfortunately, this entire neighborhood, which contained 5 blocks of businesses, was destroyed during the dark ages of ‘Urban Renewal’ to build a 1970’s copy of the fort. The old city power plant at the NW edge of the fort is the only remaining structure.

I’ve added a map view. The theater was on the corner with Marmaton Ave, a now vanished street that ran roughly where the sidewalk on the NW side of the parade ground is today. The front of the building was about where the cloverleaf shaped planter is now.
