The Wonet Theatre launched on September 29, 1947 with Janet Leigh in “The Romance Of Rosy Ridge” (unknown if extras added), featuring installations of Simplex E7 projectors with Peerless Magnarc lamps and Simplex sound.
It was still open in the mid-1960’s but its closing date remains unknown at this time.
