This is a pretty sick cinema, the whole place is comfy and intimate. The only issue is the outside of the building where the wood covering the windows make it look like it’s abandoned. But still great place.
As Far as Arial images shown, it seemed some of the theater exteriors have been removed by the mid 1990s, so for now we’ll just pin point the exact time of closure to be either the late 80s or early 90s.
When did this place Even shut down? Possibly by the 70s or 80s? Idk there’s barley any information about this one, Kensington had a bunch of theaters on the same main road.

The Cinema added 5 more screens around 2002-2003.
The Old Rose Theater appeared to still be standing by 1962, but by 1984 it was an empty lot.
